The Ombudsperson is the independent officer who receives and investigates complaints regarding student/staff grievances, unfair treatment, harassment, and service delivery issues. Below are contact details and the simple complaint submission process.

How to Lodge a Complaint

  1. Describe the issue clearly and include dates, locations, and people involved.
  2. Attach supporting documents (emails, screenshots, receipts) where applicable.
  3. Send the complaint by email to ombud@sreyas.ac.in or submit via the Grievance page form.
  4. The Ombudsperson will acknowledge receipt within 7 working days and aim to resolve within 30 days.

Confidentiality & Protection

Complaints will be handled confidentially. Complainants will not face retaliation for raising concerns in good faith.

Escalation

If you are dissatisfied with the Ombudsperson's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the Chairman or Governing Body via the contact details on the Contact page.
